Picnic Charlotte was started in 2019 by Elle Moseley. Elle has always loved event planning and has thrown many parties and assisted many friends in planning their parties. Here’s what Elle had to say about the journey to starting Picnic Charlotte: “When I proposed to my now husband, (yes, you read that right, I proposed to him!) I set about planning my own wedding on our farm in North Charlotte. It was so much fun and I received many compliments and encouragements to start a company planning events. As I researched, I was led to the concept of Micro Events and was hooked! That is how Picnic Charlotte was born.

Micro Events provide all the fun and excitement of a large event without the enormous time commitment - did I mention we have a farm? I love the intimacy of a picnic, and the fun of coming up with themes and new ideas keeps me inspired. The possibilities are truly endless!”
